Support and Resources

At TWC Counselling and Wellbeing, we understand that reaching out for support can sometimes feel overwhelming. You do not have to face life’s challenges alone. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, grief, loss, or simply feeling stuck, support is available.

Counselling provides a safe and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgement. Together, we can work towards greater self-awareness, emotional wellbeing, and positive change.

If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, please contact emergency services on 999 or visit your nearest Accident & Emergency department.

For additional support, you may find the following organisations helpful:

  • Samaritans – Available 24 hours a day for anyone who needs someone to listen. Call 116 123 free from any phone.
  • Mind – Information and support for a wide range of mental health concerns.
  • NHS Mental Health Services – Guidance, information, and access to local mental health support.
  • Cruse Bereavement Support – Support for those experiencing grief and bereavement.
  • Relate – Relationship, family, and couples support.
